Dan is truly the greatest landlord. He has always gone out of his way to ensure we all feel safe and comfortable in our living space. He is very quick to answer and help out in any way we may need. He is also very understanding especially when something changes, he is always more than willing to talk to us and help us figure out anything that might come up. I only got to rent from him for a year but he truly made the whole first time renter experience seamless. It is important to have a landlord who genuinely cares about our well being and the spaces he rents out. Thank you Dan for everything!!!

My daughter had a truly wonderful experience with this landlord. From the moment she moved in, we were impressed by how professional, kind, and attentive Dan was. It gave me such peace of mind knowing she was in good hands.
The property was well-maintained, communication was clear, and any concerns were handled promptly and respectfully. It’s not always easy to find a landlord who truly cares about their tenants, but Dan absolutely does.
I’m so grateful my daughter had such a positive experience. We will be renting from Dan again for next year. Highly recommend!

Dan is awesome! He’s super responsive and always takes care of anything that comes up right away. I’ve had a great experience with Dan! He is always quick to address any issues that come up in the house and cares about our safety and well-being. He goes above and beyond, doing little things for us that he doesn’t have to, which really makes a difference. It’s clear that he takes pride in maintaining a good living environment for all of us.
